Advanced Employment Services, Inc. is a woman-owned, accredited staffing agency that specializes in Entry- to Executive-Level Searches on a nationwide level. We provide temporary, temp-to-hire (contract-to-hire) and career placement (direct hire) staffing services. Our professional recruiters are highly selective in choosing employees for our clients that make a difference to their bottom line!

We conduct in-depth in-person or telephone interviews with each candidate.  Our free, value-added service (AES/VA©) includes testing applicants with our computer software-testing programs and professional reference checks upon client's request.  Our experience in selecting qualified candidates ensures an ideal match to your specific job requirements.

Our Management are California Accredited Consultants, which makes them professionals who understand and can clearly explain employment laws, who uphold strict ethical standards, and who initiate the best business practices.

All payroll and workers' compensation insurance costs are covered by a.e.s. You do not need to provide benefits. You only pay for the actual work provided!

We screen, interview and recommend only the best candidates who match your opening. You just decide which candidate you prefer!  No costs are involved until you decide to hire and our candidate accepts your offer.

A new hire is a big investment. The wrong choice in selecting a new hire can harm your business tremendously. Our professional staff ensures a good match by screening and testing all of our candidates as well as, if requested, checking references with 2-3 past employers.


We work on a contract-contingency basis.  You are under no obligation to hire any of the professionals we present to you.  A fee only becomes due once our candidate accepts your job offer and starts working for you.

Hiring an a.e.s. candidate gives you the chance to evaluate their performance on the job. If it turns out that our candidate is not working out for you, a.e.s. will replace the employee for you at no charge or at a substantial discount, depending on how long our candidate was employed by you. We can even keep them on the a.e.s. payroll while you are making your decision!

Our Recruiting Process

We have a huge database of qualified candidates. If we do not already have a great match for your specific need, we use our extensive referral network including Social Media and/or advertise to attract qualified candidates.

We recruit through our website, Social Media, our extensive referral network, personal referrals, active research of passive job-seekers, Internet job sites, college placement offices and more.  If needed, we even cooperate with other agencies to make sure our clients get what they ask for - at no additional expense! We locate, screen, test and interview candidates before we recommend them to you.  We do not verify each previous employment, however, if requested, we check references on candidates selected by our clients to assure quality in every placement.

Our Screening Process

Each candidate undergoes an in-depth in-person or telephone interview where we identify their short- and long-term career objectives, learn about job preferences and personal motivators, determine strengths and weaknesses, and assess problem-solving and time-management skills. Many of our interview questions are behavior-based in order to better evaluate performance.
